IntegriLend offices are based in Kew East which allows easy access to suit the needs of all Melbourne based clients. We are also able to assist clients remotely either locally or throughout Australia and internationally.

Melinda and her team have a growing total of 35 years experience in the mortgage, finance and property investment industry.  As an ASIC registered Credit Representative we are accredited by all the major banks and most other banks and non bank lenders.  Melinda is creative and will recommend the most suitable loan product for your specific circumstances and in terms of lender policy, interest rate, cost and features.

Her qualifications include:

• Diploma of Financial Services Mortgage Broking
• Certificate IV Accounting and Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
• Graduate Diploma in Office Systems, RMIT
• General Nursing: Division 1

Melinda’s past career experiences have included bookkeeping, a retail gift and homewares business which included importing as well as personal property investment portfolio of 10 properties.

As a working mother of Maddison, Jake and Max, Melinda also understands the daily rewards and challenges that young families experience.
